Ampersand Brew Co. began life in a converted barn on the Hipwell family farm, founded by the passionate family team of Amy, Andy, and Adrian. Since those early days, they’ve grown into a modern, bespoke brewery now based in Diss, producing high-quality, small-batch beers that reflect their simple but effective philosophy: to brew the beer they want to drink, to the highest standard possible.
